I am an educator who believes every student is capable of improving their understanding and skills with the right explanation, practice, and encouragement.
I currently work as the Lead Tutor at a university mathematics and statistics center. In my career, I have spent more than 20 years tutoring students, eight years teaching college mathematics, and three years teaching high school mathematics.
I have also received multiple university awards for outstanding service and commitment to student success.
My approach is straightforward: meet students where they are, explain ideas clearly, and help them develop the confidence and skills to work independently.
I have experience working with all types of learners and can often adapt my approach to the way they learn best.
